CallBridge currently supports Chinese, Spanish, Korean, and English. You can describe your task in any of these languages, and the AI will handle the call in English while providing translated transcripts in your preferred language.

Is CallBridge safe and private?+

Yes. All calls are encrypted and transcripts are stored securely in your private account. We never share your data with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

Can the AI press numbers to navigate phone menus (IVR)?+

Yes. CallBridge sends real DTMF tones — the same audio signals your physical phone keypad makes. The AI listens to menu prompts and presses the right digit automatically. You can also press digits manually from the on-screen dial pad during a live call.

What happens if the call goes to voicemail or is busy?+

CallBridge auto-retries failed calls — 5 minutes later for busy signals, 30 minutes later for voicemail or no-answer. Up to 2 retries per call.

Will I get an email after each call?+

Yes. After every completed call, you receive an email with the full transcript and an AI-generated summary, in your chosen language. Useful for forwarding to family, lawyers, or your own records.

Can the AI speak Chinese, Spanish, or Korean during the call?+

Yes. You choose what language the AI speaks during the call independently from what language you read transcripts in. The voices are powered by ElevenLabs multilingual model and sound natural to native speakers.
