CallBridge ("we", "our") is an AI phone assistant that makes calls on your behalf. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and name when you sign up (via Google or Apple Sign-In).
• Call Data: Phone numbers you provide, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries. This data is necessary to provide our core service.
• Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports to improve our service.

How We Use Your Data

• To make AI phone calls on your behalf
• To generate transcripts and summaries of your calls
• To improve our AI and service quality
• To communicate with you about your account

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate CallBridge:

• Vapi: AI voice conversation platform
• OpenAI: Language processing and translation
• Firebase: Authentication and data storage
• Stripe / RevenueCat: Payment processing

Data Retention

Call recordings are retained for 30 days. Transcripts and summaries are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings page. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, all call history, transcripts, and summaries. This action cannot be undone. Your Firebase authentication account is also deleted.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@getcallbridge.net. You can also delete your account directly from the app.
