- Call Data: Phone numbers you provide, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries. This data is necessary to provide our core service.
- Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports to improve our service.

Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate CallBridge:
- Vapi: AI voice conversation platform
- OpenAI: Language processing and translation
- Firebase: Authentication and data storage
- Stripe / RevenueCat: Payment processing
Data Retention
Call recordings are retained for 30 days. Transcripts and summaries are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
