1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CallBridge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CallBridge is an AI-powered phone assistant that makes calls on your behalf in English. The App uses artificial intelligence to conduct phone conversations based on your instructions.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

CallBridge offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time minute packs. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings.

5. Free Trial

If offered, the free trial period allows you to use premium features at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

6. Call Recording & Consent

Calls made through CallBridge may be recorded for transcript generation and service improvement. By using the App, you consent to this recording. You are responsible for complying with local call recording laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

CallBridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to miscommunications, missed appointments, or incorrect information conveyed during AI-generated calls.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by CallBridge and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
