How is this different from a SMS reminder?

SMS reminders are easy to ignore — most people skim and forget. A live voice call (even AI) gets a real-time response: confirmed, rescheduled, or canceled. You know the answer immediately and can rebook the slot.

Can I bulk call all my appointments at once?

Currently each call is initiated individually. Bulk CSV upload is on our roadmap — contact support@getcallbridge.net if this is important to you so we can prioritize.

Will the AI sound professional enough to represent my business?

The AI introduces itself as a voice assistant calling on your behalf and uses a natural ElevenLabs voice. It's transparent that it's AI, which is required for ethical disclosure laws and most clients appreciate.

Can the AI offer rescheduling slots from my calendar?

Not automatically yet — Google Calendar integration is on our roadmap. For now, include 2-3 alternative time slots in the task description and the AI will offer them if the client needs to reschedule.

What plan do I need for business use?
