Why use AI for this call?

Most AI calling tools only speak English, which is a huge barrier for the 67 million Americans who speak a non-English language at home. Even fluent English speakers often prefer to draft what they want in their native language to make sure nothing gets lost.

CallBridge separates two things: what language you write your task in (and read transcripts in), versus what language the AI speaks during the call. So a Spanish-speaking grandmother in Miami can describe a doctor visit in Spanish, have the AI call the office in fluent English, and read the conversation back in Spanish.

We support English, Spanish (es-MX), Mandarin Chinese (Simplified), and Korean — both for the call itself and for transcript display. Voices are powered by ElevenLabs' multilingual model, so they sound natural to native speakers, not robotic.

Frequently asked questions

Which languages are supported?

English, Spanish (Mexico), Mandarin Chinese (Simplified), and Korean. Both for the AI's spoken language and the transcript display language. We're adding more languages based on user requests.

Can the AI sound like a native speaker, or does it have an accent?

We use ElevenLabs multilingual v2 voices that sound natural to native speakers. They're not robotic and don't have a noticeable foreign accent.

Can I write my task in Chinese but have AI call in English?

Yes — that's exactly the design. CallBridge translates your Chinese task description into fluent English (or whatever language you picked), then the AI speaks that language during the call.

Will the transcript include both languages?

Each transcript line shows in your chosen transcript language. The original spoken text is preserved in the call recording metadata so nothing is lost.
